Debut of the 'amero'

Thanks to "Basil Fishbone" :
How do We the People STOP the North American Union? Simple, We the People
should now remove ourselves from these United States, Montana and New
Hampshire both have clauses to secede from the Union. It should be done NOW.
This will also STOP the draft of our young men and women into this insane
war. If we do not do this now or soon, there will ONLY be one last option, and
you do not want to use it if at all possible.

The People's Republic of China, long lauded by America's enemies as the
world's next economic power, will be the country that will force the
creation of the `North American Union' (NAU).

Kofi Annan's former pointman, Canadian Maurice Strong, has been boasting
from Chinese soil that China soon would be replacing America as economic
king, using the jingo that's the official language at Turtle Bay.

The billions of dollars China has invested in the flagging American
economy will be worthless. They will have to negotiate the exchange rate to
the new amero. This will then force the creation of the North American
Union.

Big Pharma Juggernaut Rolls To Victory - Health Freedom Reels

Yes, the fox is now officially in charge of the henhouse. Over the
objection of a small handful of Senators Big Pharma couldn't buy, Andrew

agenda is, and always has been, speeding new and dangerous drugs onto the
market with little testing for safety or effectiveness. Von Eschenbach
would like to turn every doctor's office in America into a large clinical
trial run by an FDA supercomputer, he would like a computer chip in your

A Young Marine Speaks Out

Smart kid. I didn't figure any of this out till about ten years after I got out of the Marines.

by Philip Martin
by Philip Martin

DIGG THIS

I'm sick and tired of this patriotic, nationalistic and fascist crap. I stood through a memorial service today for a young Marine that was killed in Iraq back in April. During this memorial a number of people spoke about the guy and about his sacrifice for the country. How do you justify 'sacrificing' your life for a war which is not only illegal, but is being prosecuted to the extent where the only thing keeping us there is one man's power, and his ego. A recent Marine Corps intelligence report that was leaked said that the war in the al-Anbar province is unwinnable. It said that there was nothing we could do to win the hearts and minds, or the military operations in that area. So I wonder, why are we still there? Democracy is not forced upon people at gunpoint. It's the result of forward thinking individuals who take the initiative and risks to give their fellow countrymen a better way of life.

When I joined I took an oath. In that oath I swore to protect the Constitution of the United States. I didn't swear to build democracies in countries on the other side of the world under the guise of "national security." I didn't join the military to be part of an Orwellian ("1984") war machine that is in an obligatory war against whoever the state deems the enemy to be so that the populace can be controlled and riled up in a pro-nationalistic frenzy to support any new and oppressive law that will be the key to destroying the enemy. Example given – the Patriot Act. So aptly named, and totally against all that the constitution stands for. President Bush used the reactionary nature of our society to bring our country together and to infuse into the national psyche a need to give up their little-used rights in the hope to make our nation a little safer. The same scare tactics he used to win elections. He drones on and on about how America and the world would be a less safe place if we weren't killing Iraqis, and that we'd have to fight the terrorists at home if we weren't abroad. In our modern day emotive society this strategy (or strategery?) works, or had worked, up until last month's elections.

My point in this; to show that America was never nationalistic. If anything they were Statalistic (giving their allegiance to the state of their residence). This is shown in the fact that the founders created states with fully capable and independent governments and not provinces that were just a division of the federal government. These men believed that America was a place where imperialistic values would be non-existent. Where the people trying to make their lives better by working hard, thinking, inventing and using the free market would tie up so much of normal life that imperialistic colonization and the fighting of wars thousands of miles away for interests that are not our own would be avoided. They believed this expansion of power could be left to the European nations, the England, France and Spain of their time. However this recent, and current influx of nationalistic feeling has created an environment where giving up your rights, going to a foreign country to fight a people who did not ask for us to be there, nor did their leader do anything to warrant us being there, and dying would be considered honorable and heroic. I don't believe it anymore. I don't believe it's right for any American to go along with it anymore. Yes I know that we in the military are bound by the UCMJ and somehow don't fall under the Constitution (the very thing we're suppose to be defending) but sooner or later there is a decision that every American soldier, marine, airmen and seamen makes to allow themselves to be sent to a war that is against every fiber this country was founded on. I know that when April rolls around I will be thinking long and hard on that decision. Even though we in the military are just doing as we're told we still have the moral and ethical obligation to choose to do as we're told, or to say, "No, that isn't right." I believe that if more troopers like me and the professional military, the officers and commanders, start standing up and saying that they won't let themselves or their troops go to this illegal war people will start standing up and realizing what the heck is going on over there.

Preparing to move

Here's an update from the producer. You may have notice that the calendar and blog has be neglected. As I am preparing to move it seems there is always something more important to do. I plan to leave Missoula the 23rd of December, and do a loop of the Western states for about five months. I plan to return to Missoula in Spring, tie up loose ends, then hitch up the trailer and move on to New Hampshire. I plan to arrive in New Hampshire in June in time for the fourth annual Porcupine Festival. See www.freestateproject.org for details about the Free State Project, of which I am a member. If you are a liberty-oriented individual, I hope to see you there.

Meanwhile, look for the "final installment", which is a documentary about the Free State Project and my pilgrimage and farewell to Montana. Sovereign Solutions will continue to broadcast reruns as long as possible.

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. (AP) - An Ethiopian immigrant was convicted Wednesday of the genital mutilation of his 2-year-old daughter and was sentenced to 10 years in prison in what was believed to be the first such criminal case in the United States.

Khalid Adem, 30, was found guilty of aggravated battery and cruelty to children. Prosecutors said he used scissors to remove his daughter's clitoris in his family's Atlanta-area apartment in 2001. The child's mother, Fortunate Adem, said she did not discover it until more than a year later.

Naturopaths Recommend Organic Food for Detoxification of Cancer Cells
• Newindpress - Chennai, India, October 8 2006
Straight to the Source
NEW DELHI: Many people are falling prey to cancer due to increased stress and strain induced lifestyle, and unhealthy eating habits, according to a study by National Academy of Naturopathy.

"The food taken in does not provide live atoms to the body cells. The cells are starved from nutrition and clogged with toxins called cellular constipation leading to mal-absorption and diseases. This in turn brings down immunity which invites host of illness and suffering," says Dr Hemalatha Murthy of the National Academy of Naturopathy.

"The right approach to treat is to adopt naturopathic principles, which emphasise on detoxification, reliving cellular constipation by providing live (organic) food. The live food has enzymes which act as catalyst for detoxification and absorption of nutrients," she adds.

Animal ID plan angers some farmers

Animal ID plan angers some farmers
System aims to track livestock during outbreak

By Mimi Hall
USA TODAY

SWOOPE, Va. รข€” A thousand turkeys, 500 cattle, 300 pigs, 1,900 chickens and
four generations of the Salatin family share the grassland on this 550-acre
farm in the Shenandoah Mountains.

Now, Joel Salatin is worried the government will make it impossible for his
25-year-old son and his two young grandsons to keep the family business
going for the generations to come.

He has joined a growing national grass-roots movement against an ambitious
new government disease-fighting program that asks every farm in the nation
to register its animals. The aim of the program, called the National Animal
Identification System (NAIS), is to make it easier to track down animals
during a disease outbreak that threatens humans and livestock.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander

LAWRENCEVILLE, Georgia (AP) -- The trial of an Atlanta-area father accused of circumcising his 2-year-old daughter with scissors is focusing attention on an ancient African practice that experts say is slowly becoming more common in the U.S. as immigrant communities grow.

Khalid Adem, a 30-year-old immigrant from Ethiopia, is charged with aggravated battery and cruelty to children.

Human rights observers said they believe this is the first criminal case in the U.S. involving the 5,000-year-old practice.

Prosecutors say Adem used scissors to remove his daughter's clitoris in their apartment in 2001. The child's mother said she did not discover it until more than a year later.

Bush Moves Toward Martial Law

Written by Frank Morales
Thursday, 26 October 2006

In a stealth maneuver, President Bush has signed into law a provision
which, according to Senator Patrick Leahy (D-Vermont), will actually
encourage the President to declare federal martial law (1). It does so by
revising the Insurrection Act, a set of laws that limits the President's
ability to deploy troops within the United States. The Insurrection Act (10
U.S.C.331 -335) has historically, along with the Posse Comitatus Act (18
U.S.C.1385), helped to enforce strict prohibitions on military involvement in
domestic law enforcement. With one cloaked swipe of his pen, Bush is seeking
to undo those prohibitions.

Judge takes father's side in circumcision feud

October 24, 2006
BY CARLA K. JOHNSON Associated Press
A Cook County judge has sided with a divorced father who did not want his 9-year-old son circumcised, in a case that has drawn attention from groups opposed to the medical procedure.

Circuit Judge Jordan Kaplan's ruling, issued Tuesday, said the boy can decide for himself when he turns 18. Until then, there will be no circumcision, a surgery that removes the foreskin of the penis.

The boy's parents had feuded over the procedure in court. The couple's 2003 divorce decree gave the father the right to offer advice on medical decisions. When the two disagreed, he sued to block the circumcision.

The father believed circumcision could cause the boy long-term physical and psychological harm. The child's mother wanted the procedure to prevent recurring infections.

Bradenton Police Department bypassing courts in forfeitures

Heral Tribune, BRADENTON -- For years, the Bradenton Police Department has quietly, without judicial review, confiscated hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash and property from people they arrested for drug possession and other crimes.

The police bypass the courts and confiscate money and property on the spot through a department-created form called the "Contraband Forfeiture Agreement." By signing it, a person agrees to relinquish their property to the police and waive any rights they have to try to get it back through the courts.

In some cases -- including one last year where police seized more than $43,000 from a man during a traffic stop -- people have signed over cash and other property without ever getting charged with a crime.

Should you have to ask for permission from the government before you are allowed to get on a plane or cruise ship? ("Mother, may I?")

The USA Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has proposed that airlines cruise lines, and operators of all other ships and planes -- including charter flights, air taxis, fishing vessels, etc. -- be required to get individual permission (”clearance”) from the DHS for each passenger on all flights or ocean voyages to, from, or via the USA. Unless the answer is “Yes” -- if the answer is “no” or “maybe”, or if the DHS doesn’t answer at all -- the airline wouldn’t be allowed to give you a boarding pass, or let you or your luggage on the plane.

OOPS!

Spokane sheriff acknowledges porn search was at wrong house
The Associated Press

SPOKANE – For a 67-year-old homeowner and his wife, wrongly subjected to a shattering pornography search, saying, "Oops, wrong number" is not enough.

Spokane County Sheriff Ozzie D. Knezovich apologized Tuesday for the blunder, which he said resulted when Detective Timothy D. Hines tried to nail whoever was responsible for obscene calls to at least 20 or women enrolled at Whitworth College.

Hines wrote down the wrong figures for a telephone number associated with the calls, so he obtained a search warrant for a house in Spokane, miles from the correct location in suburban Spokane Valley, Knezovich said.

Through a spokesman in the sheriff's office Hines declined an interview request from the newspaper.

The irate homeowner told by The Spokesman-Review, which did not identify him at his request, that deputies dumped out drawers, went through his wallet and checkbook, seized computers, CDs, floppy disks, VHS tapes and other material and refused to clean up the mess in the raid Sept. 27.

Half a dozen sheriff's vehicles converged on the house, and after taking photographs outside Hines told officers within hearing of the neighbors, "Now let's go inside and get some porn," the owner said.

"It's like the gang that can't do it right," he said. "They shoot themselves in the foot and then they all come to make peace...

"What would you do if somebody came to your door and ripped your whole house apart, turned everything upside down and said you are a porno freak?"

Bush Given Authority To Sexually Torture American Children

Bush Given Authority To Sexually Torture American Children
The "horror of the shrieking boys" gets a rubber stamp from the boot-licking U.S. Congress & Senate as America officially becomes a dictatorship

Paul Joseph Watson/Prison Planet.com | September 29 2006

Slamming the final nail in the coffin of everything America used to stand for, the boot-licking U.S. Senate last night gave President Bush the legal authority to abduct and sexually mutilate American citizens and American children in the name of the war on terror.

There is nothing in the "detainee" legislation that protects American citizens from being kidnapped by their own government and tortured.

Yale Law Professor Bruce Ackerman states in the L.A. Times, "The compromise legislation....authorizes the president to seize American citizens as enemy combatants, even if they have never left the United States. And once thrown into military prison, they cannot expect a trial by their peers or any other of the normal protections of the Bill of Rights."

Similarly, law Professor Marty Lederman explains: "this [subsection (ii) of the definition of 'unlawful enemy combatant'] means that if the Pentagon says you're an unlawful enemy combatant -- using whatever criteria they wish -- then as far as Congress, and U.S. law, is concerned, you are one, whether or not you have had any connection to 'hostilities' at all."

The Threat to Judicial Independence

Why should it be any surprise that a judge is worried about the people exercising their rights? Check the calendar for the Sovereign Solutions interview with Bill Stegmeier and Jake Hanes on the South Dakota "JAIL 4 Judges" Amendment E.
Rich

The Wall Street Journal

COMMENTARY

The Threat to Judicial Independence

By SANDRA DAY O'CONNOR

September 27, 2006; Page A18

In November, South Dakotans will vote on a state constitutional amendment being advocated by a national group called "JAIL 4 Judges." If the amendment passes, it would eliminate judicial immunity, and enable a special grand jury to censure judges for their official legal determinations. Although the amendment's supporters claim they seek a "judicial accountability initiative law" (JAIL), they aspire to something far more sinister -- judicial intimidation. Indeed, the national Web site of JAIL 4 Judges boasts with striking candor that the organization "has that intimidation factor flowing through the judicial system."

It is tempting to dismiss this proposed amendment as merely an isolated bout of anti-judge angst. But while the JAIL 4 Judges initiative is unusually venomous, it is far from alone in expressing skepticism of the judiciary. In addition to South Dakota, this election cycle has witnessed efforts in at least three other states that are designed to rein in judges who have supposedly "run amok."

Not to be completely outdone, Congress also has engaged in recent efforts to police the judiciary. Seeking to constrain the legal sources that are available to judges, some members of Congress have advocated measures that would forbid judges from citing foreign law when they are interpreting the Constitution. In addition, bills have been introduced in both houses of Congress supporting the creation of an inspector general to investigate and monitor the federal bench. Finally, the House of Representatives passed legislation over the summer that would prohibit the Supreme Court from considering whether the Pledge of Allegiance's inclusion of the words "under God" violates the First Amendment.

Cristine Maggiore exonerated

As regular viewers of Sovereign Solutions know, I have serious doubts about the prevailing theory that HIV causes AIDS, or that it even exists as a distinct virus. Cristine Maggiore, who is the mastermind behind the site www.AliveAndWell.org, and who is (at last test) "HIV positive", suddenly lost her three year old daughter. A corrupted autopsy led to the accusation that Eliza Jane had died of AIDS related pneumonia. The HIV-causes-AIDS-believing herd used the girls death as "proof" that Cristine and her husband were negligent in (gasp!) breast feeding the girl (and her younger brother), and that her "claims" that HIV is not the cause of AIDS are pure denial, etc. Well, an independent investigation has shown that "Eliza Jane Scovill Died of an Allergic Reaction to Amoxicillin – Not AIDS." Unfortunately, their paediatrician, Dr. Paul Fleiss, whom I've known and admired for many years, is now under attack himself. The medicos do not like dissenting opinion. See http://www.JusticeForEJ.com for details.
